Service description
The pool of the Syrets sports complex has three lanes 25 m long. Its depth varies from 1.5 m to 4 m. The water temperature is maintained at 27 C.
Water disinfection is carried out by ozonation. Ozone, obtained from atmospheric oxygen, kills all possible bacteria and viruses in water, and also destroys organic compounds by oxidizing them. As a result of this treatment, the water becomes crystal clear with a bluish tint. In addition, the smell of chlorine-containing preparations, which accompanies classical water treatment with sodium hypochlorite, is completely absent.
Visitors can take advantage of the trampoline, slide for children, water cannons and high pressure underwater massage.
Studies have shown that group work has some advantages over individual work.
It turns out that it is very important for children to be able to imitate the actions of their peers. In addition to showing and explaining the adult, it is important for individual children to see how another child performs the exercise. Usually these children are more timid, shy; they willingly follow the example of a more skillful peer who plays animatedly with his building and the toy received in addition. On the other hand, during swimming lessons in groups, children have a competitive moment, the desire to be better than others allows them to learn faster.
As a result of regular swimming lessons in a group:

- Your child will learn to swim in all swimming styles: front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke, dolphin.

What to bring with you to the pool?
Necessarily:
- Certificate from a dermatologist (for children - from a therapist) that you can visit the pool.
- Swimming cap.
- Indoor shoes.
- Sleeves for children who cannot swim.
Desirable:
- Rubber slippers.
- Towel (but can be taken on site for a fee).
- Washcloth.
There are hair dryers. The showers have liquid soap.
«Syrets» is a sports complex with a spacious games room with an area of up to 700 m2, a gym (130 m2) and gymnastics (340 m2). In addition to strength exercises, diverse fitness classes, dancing and martial arts, the sports club has a 25-meter swimming pool with a springboard, a slide for children, water guns and underwater massage.
The sports complex offers a developed SPA infrastructure - two Finnish saunas, a cedar barrel, two Slavic baths, a horizontal solarium, a beauty parlor, massage treatments, including underwater and showers. Here, guests can use the services of a hairdresser, manicure and tattoo artist. In «Syrets» there is free parking (unguarded).
