The price includes payment for information services provided by SuperDeal on the basis of the Public Offer, including the commission of payment systems for transactions on the Internet.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• The offer is valid only for new clients (a new client is considered to be a person who has never visited the medical center).
• The offer is valid for customers over 18 years old.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Before buying a certificate, be sure to check the availability for the desired date and time.
• The medical center operates under a license to carry out medical activities in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Certificate discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive the discount, you must present the certificate in electronic form.
• Call the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If the client made an appointment, but did not appear at the specified time and did not warn of a change in his plans at least 24 hours in advance or was late for more than 10 minutes, the center reserves the right to refuse to provide him with services at a discount.
