The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

The price includes payment for information services provided by SuperDeal on the basis of the Public Offer, including the commission of payment systems for transactions on the Internet.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Services are provided as usual.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• The service is provided for an adult over 18 years of age.
• Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to check the availability of seats for the desired date and time.
• If the psychologist did not immediately answer your call, then he is consulting and will call you back later.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates are not cumulative with other promotional offers.
• To receive an online consultation, you need to send a certificate in electronic form to the e-mail kis-lesya@ukr.net, and then sign up for a consultation.
• Give the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when you receive the service. After activation, the service is considered to be provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you signed up for a consultation, but did not come at the specified time and did not warn you about the cancellation of the visit 24 hours in advance, or were late for more than 5 minutes, the psychologist reserves the right to refuse to provide services with a discount and the session is considered passed.
• Duration of one session: in the office - 50 minutes, online - 50 minutes.
• During the session, the psychologist uses psychoanalysis and the procedural method of psychotherapy.
