• Appointments are made exclusively by phone or Viber; messaging or SMS messages are not accepted. If your call is not answered immediately, you will receive a call back within 1-2 hours to confirm your appointment.

• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you have booked a procedure but do not arrive at the specified time and do not provide 24-hour notice of cancellation, or are more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse the discounted service, and the session will be considered completed or shortened by the time of your delay.
• Duration of 1 session is 40 minutes.
