• Please note that depending on the quarantine measures in the region, the partner may ask a visitor to provide a complete vaccination course COVID certificate, a digital certificate about negative coronavirus test result taken no later than 72 hours before the visit, or about recovery for the last 6 months (ask the partner about possible restrictions before purchasing a certificate). The requirements are valid for persons over 18 years old.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Services are provided as usual.
• Due to the curfew, the games are held from 10:00 to 19:00 (quest start time).
• One certificate is valid for a company of 2 to 4 people.
• Pre-booking is required on the site.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• One client can use several certificates.
• Discount on certificates is not summed up with other promotions and discounts of the company.
• To receive the discount, you must present the certificate in electronic form.
• Call the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you signed up for a quest, but did not come at the specified time and did not warn about a change in your plans 24 hours in advance or were more than 5 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount.
• The duration of the quest is 60 minutes.
