• To receive the discount, you must present the certificate in electronic form.
• Call the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you signed up for the procedure, but did not come at the specified time and did not warn about the cancellation of the visit, and were also late for more than 15 minutes, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide discounted services and the session is considered completed. You can reschedule your session no later than 21:00 of the previous day before recording.
• The duration of the procedure is 30 or 60 minutes (depending on the chosen certificate).
