• To receive a discount, you must present an electronic certificate.
• Call the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If the client signed up for the procedure, but did not appear at the specified time and did not warn of a change in their plans 24 hours in advance, or was more than 15 minutes late, the studio reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount, and the session is considered completed.
• The duration of one session is 30 minutes.
