What is included in the price of the certificate?

Determination of IgA, IgM or IgG antibodies (optional) to SARS-CoV-2 (ELISA, semi-quantitative determination), lead time - 24-48 hours

  • The presence of antibodies of class A (IgA) in the blood makes it possible to determine that a person is infected in the very first days of the disease. It is better to take such an analysis 4-7 days after the first symptoms appear. The IgA antibody level rises up to 14 days after the onset of the disease.
  • The presence of antibodies of class M (IgM) in the blood indicates that the patient was recently infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus. IgM immunoglobulins can be detected no earlier than 7-15 days after contact with the source of the virus (no earlier than 5 days after the onset of symptoms). The result of such a test is not a basis for diagnosing a disease for accuracy, it is recommended to pass a PCR test.
  • The presence in the blood of class G immunoglobulins (IgG) to CoV-2019 indicates that the person was previously infected and had been ill, their level indicates the presence of immunity. IgG is determined in the blood from about 17-28 days after infection.

Determination of the antigen of the coronavirus COVID-19 (due date - 15 minutes)

  • The COVID-19 (Ag) coronavirus antigen test is a new research method for the early diagnosis of coronavirus infection.
  • The COVID-19 virus antigen test contains a high diagnostic specificity (99.8%) and a sensitivity (91.4%) of the test.
  • A rapid antigen test is used as a preliminary screening examination in the early days of the disease, when the concentration of the virus in the nasopharynx is maximum. The test must be taken at the first symptoms of the disease: from 1 to 10 days from the onset of symptoms.
  • Analysis result within 15 minutes. Testing is carried out directly with the patient.
  • Biomaterial for analysis - a swab from the nasal mucosa (nasopharyngeal swab).

PCR test (lead time - 24 hours)

  • PCR test - used to diagnose a new coronavirus infection. The high sensitivity of 99.9% of the test makes it possible to detect the virus in the body even before the signs of the disease appear. For the accuracy of the result, it is recommended to take it 3-5 days from the expected contact with the source of the virus.
  • Research material - a swab from the mouth and nose. The analysis period is 24 hours.

PCR test for travel (lead time - 12 hours)

  • PCR test - used to diagnose a new coronavirus infection. The high sensitivity of 99.9% of the test makes it possible to detect the virus in the body even before the signs of the disease appear. For the accuracy of the result, it is recommended to take it 3-5 days from the expected contact with the source of the virus.
  • Research material - a swab from the mouth and nose.
  • The term for the analysis is 12 hours.
