• Call the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you signed up for the procedure, but did not come at the specified time and did not warn about the cancellation of the visit 24 hours in advance, and were also late for more than 10 minutes, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount, and the session is considered completed.
• The certificate must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that it has not been activated.
