- The certificate can be returned if you canceled the reservation by calling the number indicated in the promotion, no later than 7 days before the date of arrival.
- In case of early termination of the holiday at the request of the guests, the funds for the unused day will not be returned.
- If the booking is confirmed and the certificate is activated, the certificate automatically becomes non-refundable.
