• Call the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If the client signed up for a session, but did not appear at the specified time and did not warn of a change in their plans 12 hours in advance or was more than 15 minutes late, the salon reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount (in this case, the session is considered passed) or provides a service within the time that the client has left (the session time is reduced in proportion to the time for which he was late).
