• Services are provided as usual.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Before buying a certificate, be sure to check the availability for the desired date and time. When recording, you must specify the certificate code without the last digit.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Certificate discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive the discount, you must present the certificate in electronic form.
• Call the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If the client signed up for a session, but did not appear at the specified time and did not warn about changing his plans 24 hours in advance or was late for 15 minutes, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount and the certificate is considered used.
• Sterilization of instruments: instruments go through 4 stages of preparation: disinfection, pre-sterilization cleaning (PSC), sterilization and storage. For preparation, a high-level cold chemical sterilization method and a thermal method are used.
