• Please note that depending on the quarantine measures in the region, the partner may ask a visitor to provide a complete vaccination course COVID certificate, a digital certificate about negative coronavirus test result taken no later than 72 hours before the visit, or about recovery for the last 6 months (ask the partner about possible restrictions before purchasing a certificate). The requirements are valid for persons over 18 years old.

• After purchasing the coupon, be sure to immediately coordinate the date and time of the flight with the company.
• The flight is carried out when the helicopter is fully loaded with passengers, that is, if you purchase a flight coupon for less than three people, then the company will increase the number of passengers to 3 people on its own, attracting other customers.
• Photo/video filming is allowed directly during the flight, and it will also be possible to take several photos with the helicopter before the flight.
• Passengers intoxicated are not allowed on board.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Coupon discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present the coupon in electronic form.
• Call the last digit of the coupon (activation code) only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided, and the coupon is non-refundable.
• If the client signed up for the flight, but did not arrive at the specified time and did not report the absence to the company manager, then the money is not returned and the coupon cannot be used next time.

• Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. To refund the cost of the Information Service, the User provides SuperDeal with the Seller's confirmation (in any form) that the Seller refused to transfer the Goods to the User on Special Conditions.
