The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

The price includes payment for information services provided by SuperDeal on the basis of the Public Offer, including the commission of payment systems for transactions on the Internet.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Services are provided as usual.
• Before purchasing a certificate, pre-book the date of arrival and the room you are interested in.
• After purchasing the certificate, confirm the reservation by phone and send your full name and certificate number without the last digit by e-mail.
• Call the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only at the time of check-in. After activation, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• It is possible to combine certificates (it is necessary to sum up the nights). You can sum up no more than 2 certificates in one race.
• Upon check-in, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• In case of early termination of the holiday at the request of the guests, the funds for the unused day will not be returned.
• The certificate can be returned if you canceled the reservation by calling the number indicated in the promotion no later than 2 days before the date of arrival.
• If the booking is confirmed and the certificate is activated, the certificate automatically becomes non-refundable.
