Service description

The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

- If the client has booked a place for the excursion, but did not arrive at the specified time and did not inform the administration about no-show at least 10 days before the excursion, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount and the excursion is considered passed.
