• Give the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when you receive the service. After activation, the service is considered to be provided, and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If the client has booked a track, but did not come 15 minutes before the booking is made, the track reservation is automatically canceled. The game starts exactly at the specified time. Further service is carried out on a first come, first served basis.
