• To receive a discount, you must submit a certificate in electronic form before the start of the appointment.
• Give the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when you receive the service. After activation, the service is considered to be provided, and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If the client signed up for the procedure, but did not show up at the specified time and did not warn about the change in his plans 12 hours before the appointed time or was late for more than 15 minutes, the clinic reserves the right to refuse to provide services (in this case, the session is considered passed ) or provides a service within the time that remains with the client (the session time is reduced in proportion to the time he was late).
