• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• The certificate for 2 seals must be used per visit.

• Discount on certificates is not cumulative with other promotional offers of dentistry.
• To receive a discount, you must submit a certificate in electronic form.
• Give the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when you receive the service. After activation, the service is considered to be provided, and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If the client signed up for the procedure, but did not show up at the specified time and did not warn about the change in his plans at least 12 hours in advance, or was late for more than 15 minutes, the clinic reserves the right to refuse him to provide services at a discount and the procedure is considered completed, or can postpone the appointment at a convenient time for the doctor.
