• The discount on the certificate does not add up to internal promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• Name the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you sign up for a session, but did not come at the specified time and did not notify about the change of their plans within 12 hours, the salon reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount.
• Sterilization of instruments: instruments undergo one-level processing (dry heat), are stored in kraft packages which are opened at the client. Disposable sets of pollen and buffs are used.
