The price includes payment for information services provided by SuperDeal on the basis of the Public Offer, including the commission of payment systems for transactions on the Internet.

• Services are provided as usual.
• The offer is valid for clients over 18 years old.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Pre-registration is required.
• To make an appointment, you must send a certificate, your full name and contact phone number to the mail: dentaguru@gmail.com .

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Certificate discounts are not cumulative with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you need to present a printed certificate or an electronic certificate.
• Give the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered to be provided, and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If you signed up for the procedure, but did not come at the specified time and did not warn you about the cancellation of the visit 24 hours in advance, or were late for more than 15-20 minutes, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services with a discount and the session is considered passed.

• Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. To refund the cost of the Information Service, the User provides SuperDeal with the Seller's confirmation (in any form) that the Seller refused to transfer the Goods to the User on Special Conditions.
