Description of the campaign

With the coupon you get up discount for the installation of 1, 2, 3 or 4 metal-ceramic or zirconium crowns in the Happy Smile dental center.

What is included in the price of the coupon?

  • Dentist examination and consultation.
  • Tooth preparation.
  • Removing impressions.
  • Getting working models.
  • Installation of temporary crowns.
  • Installation of permanent crowns.

Additionally paid

MANDATORY

  • Option 1: with a discount coupon, you get the installation of the 1st metal-ceramic crown with an additional payment on site of UAH 1499 (the original cost is UAH 2500).
  • Option 2: with a discount coupon, you get the installation of 2 metal-ceramic crowns with an additional payment on site of UAH 2,958 (original cost of UAH 5,000).
  • Option 3: with a discount coupon, you get the installation of 3 metal-ceramic crowns with an additional payment on site of UAH 4407 (original cost UAH 7500).
  • Option 4: with a discount coupon, you get the installation of 4 metal-ceramic crowns with an additional payment on site of UAH 5799 (original cost of UAH 10,000).
  • Option 5: with a discount coupon, you get the installation of the 1st zirconium crown with an additional payment on site of UAH 2799 (original cost UAH 4500).
  • Option 6: with a discount coupon you get 2 zirconium crowns with additional payment on the spot UAH 5569 (original cost UAH 9000).

How to use a coupon?

The price of the Coupon (Information Service) is non-refundable and non-refundable. Exclusion is possible only if the partner refuses to provide the service.

The price includes payment for information services provided by SuperDeal on the basis of the Public Offer, including the commission of payment systems for transactions on the Internet.
