The basic program "Light" is perfect for beginner masseurs and everyone who plans to do massage at home to family and friends. The basis of the program is a deep study of anatomy and physiology, the basics and methods of classical health massage and the application of acquired knowledge and skills in practice.
The basic program "Medium" includes a deep study of anatomy and physiology, the basics and methods of classical zonal wellness massage, the technique of rejuvenating and relaxing spa treatments, aromatherapy and its use in spa treatments.
The programs include both theoretical and practical parts. In the process of training, the basics of anatomy and physiology, the principles and methods of classical massage of all areas of the body, as well as exercises on “hand placement” are studied, which contribute to the formation of an individual handwriting of a massage therapist.
First, you will get acquainted with the theory of the features of performing massage and its positive effect on the human body. The practical part of the training will allow you to learn the basic techniques of massage in action. You will learn to feel the active points on the human body. This knowledge and skills will help you become a sought-after massage therapist or simply delight your loved ones with pleasant sensations.
