The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

The price includes payment for information services provided by SuperDeal on the basis of the Public Offer, including the commission of payment systems for transactions on the Internet.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Services are provided as usual.
• The service is not provided on holidays: 10/14/2020, 12/31/2020, 01/01/2021 and 01/07/2021.
• The offer is relevant only for new customers.
• One client can personally use three certificates.
• Pre-registration is required. To register, you must provide your full name, contact phone number and certificate number.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Certificate discounts are not cumulative with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present a printed certificate or an electronic certificate.
• Give the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered to be provided, and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If a client signed up for a session, but did not appear at the specified time and did not warn about a change in his plans 2 hours in advance, the administration reserves the right to refuse him to provide services at a discount.
• Instruments are disinfected and sterilized, disposable materials are used for the procedure.
