• Services are provided as usual.
• The offer is valid only for new customers.
• The promotion is valid for all laser procedures in the salon (except for laser procedures using the Lumenis M22 device and CO2 resurfacing).
• If the amount of the service / services you have selected exceeds the nominal value of the certificate, you must pay the difference according to the price list.
• If the amount of the service / services you have chosen is less than the nominal value of the certificate, the difference will not be refunded.

• To receive a discount, you need to present a printed certificate or an electronic certificate.
• Call the activation code of the certificate directly when receiving the service (the last digit of the certificate code).
• If the client signed up for the procedure, but did not show up at the specified time and did not warn about the change in his plans 12 hours before the appointed time, the administration reserves the right to refuse him to provide services at a discount.
• If the client signed up for a session, but was late for more than 15 minutes, the salon reserves the right to refuse to provide services (in this case, the session is considered passed) or provides the service within the time that remains with the client (the session time is reduced in proportion to the time , for which he was late).
