• One client can personally use only one certificate.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates are not cumulative with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you need to present a printed certificate or an electronic certificate.
• Call the activation code of the certificate directly when receiving the service (the last digit of the certificate code).
• In case of full workload, the studio reserves the right to postpone the recording, having previously agreed on the time with the client.
• If a participant of the promotion signed up for a session, but did not show up at the specified time and did not warn about a change in his plans 12 hours in advance, and is also more than 15 minutes late, the studio reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount and the session is considered passed or provides a service within the time that remains with the client (the session time is reduced in proportion to the time the client was late for).
• Up to 2 people can take part in the SPA program "2 hours 15 minutes" at the same time (subject to the purchase of a certificate for each participant). An individual masseur works with each client.
• SPA-program is carried out by masseurs of a woman or a woman and a man (work experience from 5 to 8 years).
