The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

The price includes payment for information services provided by SuperDeal on the basis of the Public Offer, including the commission of payment systems for transactions on the Internet.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Services are provided as usual.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• After purchasing the certificate, the annual program begins on the day of the first visit, a personal card is entered for the patient, where all the package services provided will be entered.
• Buying any of the packages provides for the possibility of sharing the package services with the client's family members or friends.
• Pre-registration is required.
• An emergency night appointment should be understood as an appointment with a patient outside the clinic's working hours, the appointment begins no later than 40 minutes after the client calls. To activate the urgent night reception service, you must first use some other package service for the first time and activate the annual program.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates are not cumulative with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you need to present a printed certificate or an electronic certificate.
• Call the activation code of the certificate directly at the first visit to the clinic (the last digit of the certificate code).
• If the patient or his family / friends have not used all the package services within a year since the activation of the annual service package, the funds for the unused services will not be returned back, and the service is considered used.
