- Обязательна предварительная запись. Без записи сертификаты не принимаются.
- В праздничные дни: 31.12, 01.01, 07.01, 08.03, 14.02, 19.04 посещения по сертификатам не действуют.
- Дети до 5 лет могут находиться в SPA-центре бесплатно. Для детей обязательно необходимо брать подгузники-трусики для плавания, тапочки, халатик и полотенце с собой.
- Категорически запрещено приносить с собой еду и напитки. На территории «Зимнего пляжа» работает фито-бар и ресторан.
- Количество сертификатов ограничено.
