Farmstead of green tourism "Northern Forest" is located on the territory of the breeding horse farm "Akhal-Teke of Ukraine". The recreation complex is located in the village of Zholdaki on the banks of the Seim River, surrounded by the Seimovsky landscape park, the Dragomirovshchina nature reserve and the Mutinsky botanical reserve. Akhal-Teke horses and hunting dogs are bred on the farm. The administration of the estate organizes horseback riding, hunting and fishing. It offers a Russian sauna from a log house for 10-15 people with lounges.
The hotel's restaurant menu offers various dishes of Ukrainian cuisine. It is possible to order meals in the room. The cottages have comfortable furniture, TV and refrigerator.
