Description of the campaign

With the coupon you get discount for the installation of 1, 2, 3 or 4 dental implants «NTA IMPLANT» (Switzerland) in the dental clinic «Zhuravlina». The offer is valid only for new customers.

What is included in the price of the coupon?

FIRST STAGE OF IMPLANT INSTALLATION

  • Initial consultation with an implantologist.
  • Clinical diagnostics of the state of bone tissue and gingival mucosa.
  • Consultation with an orthopedic dentist.
  • Drawing up a treatment plan.
  • Anesthesia.
  • Implantation operation.
  • Patient management in the postoperative period.
  • Removal of stitches.
  • Outpatient observation for 3-6 months (for the period of implant engraftment).

SECOND STAGE OF IMPLANT INSTALLATION

  • Inspection and consultation.
  • Installing the healing abutment.
  • Clinical observation for 2-3 weeks (during the formation of the gingival papillae).

  • Option 1: with a discount coupon you get the installation of 1 «NTA IMPLANT» (Switzerland) implant with an additional payment on the spot of UAH 5000 (the original cost of the service is UAH 7560).
  • Option 2: with a discount coupon you get the installation of 2 «NTA IMPLANT» (Switzerland) implants with an additional payment on site of UAH 9900 (the original cost of the service is UAH 15120).
  • Option 3: with a discount coupon you get the installation of 3 «NTA IMPLANT» (Switzerland) implants with an additional payment on the spot of UAH 14700 (the original cost of the service is UAH 22680).
  • Option 4: with a discount coupon you get the installation of 4 «NTA IMPLANT» (Switzerland) implants with an additional payment on the spot of UAH 19400 (original cost of the service is UAH 30240).

How to use a coupon?

The price of the Coupon (Information Service) is non-refundable and non-refundable. Exclusion is possible only if the partner refuses to provide the service.

The price includes payment for information services provided by SuperDeal on the basis of the Public Offer, including the commission of payment systems for transactions on the Internet.
