• The clinic operates under a license to carry out medical activities in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other current promotions and offers.
• The last digit of the certificate (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is not subject to return.
• If you have signed up for a procedure but do not arrive at the specified time and do not notify about the cancellation of the visit in an hour, or are late for more than 15 minutes, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount and the session is considered completed.
