Понравилось: Понравилось · Lokacija super jer je blizu željezničkog kolodvora. Lako je doći i otići iz hotela. Osoblje je bilo ugodno i sam izgled i veličina sobe je ok.
Не понравилось: Не понравилось · Čini se da je područje oko hotela manje sigurno. Tijekom noći netko je razbio vrata na hotelu. Higijena u kupaonici nije zadovoljavajuća dosta je pljesni i kamenca, a i u sobi bi trebalo više poraditi na samoj čistoći što se tiče prašine, kukaca i pljesni.

Не понравилось: Не понравилось · цена на сайте одна, при оформлении начинают придумывать разные плюсы, в номере за 1100 грн ночь))( так мне пришлось заплатить хотя цена на сайте 850 грн) грязь пыль ржавчина, номер над дорогой всю ночь гремели машины, первый этаж решоток нет, закрыть на ключь номер не возможно закрываеться на защелку которая спокойно открываеться с наружной стороны, просто кошмарная ночь))))) фото на сайте наверное в первый день открытия) даже если очень сильно нужно будет отель в этом районе НИКОГДА здесь)) лучше проеду на метро или такси

Не понравилось: Не понравилось · На счет напитков - не помню, что на букинге было написано. Но вот, чтобы попыть чай - нам было сказано набирать воду из КРАНА, другой нет....и это в отеле! Комната не такая уж и теплая была, а укрыться можно было только легким покрывалом...пришлось спать тепло одетой. За 700+ грн ожидалось лучшего. И самое худшее - то, что утром к нам в номер домился бухой в драбадан постоялец, видимо. Хорошо дверь изнутри закрыта была, вот другим постояльцам повезло меньше к кому-то он таки завалился, не знаю персонал или ато - пытались его выгнать, приличго слышно было.

Не понравилось: · The Hotel's ad on Booking.com is a piece of literary fiction. I've been here for 9 days and the bed sheets and pillow slip have not been changed and the floor has not been vacuumed or swept. I have to ask for shampoo when the 4-day supply runs out. I have to take my liquid soap dispenser to Reception and indicate that it's empty. I took my bath towel to Reception after 7 days and indicated I needed a fresh towel. I take the inner cardboard tube of the empty toilet roll to Reception to get a new roll of toilet paper. The hotel ad said slippers were supplied - but not to me. There is no heating. There is no hair dryer (I don't need one anyway), no microwave and no ironing facilities as mentioned in the room's description. The people are nice but they are not up to speed with running a hotel. Like another reviewer, I saw a cockroach in my bathroom. At other times, there were mosquitoes in both the bathroom and the room. The plastic rubbish bin in the bathroom was never emptied during the first 11 days I was in the room. On Day 12 there was no hot water when I went to have a shower at 6.30pm. A check with Reception proved that there was no hot water at all in any of the rooms. On Day 13 I woke and there was no electricity. The lights in the room and bathroom were not working and there was no power for my lap top computer. This problem with the electricity was not the fault of the Hotel because the whole building was in darkness. A flat screen TV is in the room but none of the Channels was in English. I didn’t use it. I had no problems with the internet – the signal was strong for the 2 weeks I was in the Hotel. The hotel is far from the city. The hotel is on a tramline which takes you to Lisova Metro Station. The Metro runs every 3 or 4 minutes so it’s easy to get into the city from any of the Metro Stations. Be aware that it can take up to an hour to get into the city.
