Ресторан LOU LOU

Location, staff, Design, Personal ausgezeichnet. ESSEN lächerlich. Eine Flasche Wein bis ca. 60 Euro. Um Wein zu trinken benötigt man eine gewisse Grundlage im Bauch. Bin sehr viel in Restaurants unterwegs aber so mini Portion als Hauptgericht habe noch nie in meinem Leben gesehen. Mein 9jährige Sohn wollte danach ins MCDO weil er Hunger hatte. Fisch mit baked Polaroid insg. 4 Würfelchen. Wir hätte mehr Wein bestellt, aber bei der Mini Essensmenge wäre ich nach zweitem Glas betrunken.EIN MAL-NIE WIEDER.

We we’re waiting cakes for 35 min. The service is too slow. By the way, they were not tasty at all. So disappointed. Coffee is tasteless also. So I’m not recommending this place at all. Lots of cute places in Odesa where you can eat much better than here.

Очень вкусный омлет с беконом. Приятное и атмосферное место. Цены выше среднего, но оно того стоит. Оптимально ходить вдвоём, тк столики маленькие и здесь довольно людно.

I totally understand that LouLou is a popular restaurant in the center of Odessa, but that’s due to its location, not because of outstanding food.But now in summer it became ridiculous… due to the amount of guests they increased the terrace, but forgot about the kitchen. Waiting times are long and what arrives to your table is just disgusting… my standard omelette was cold, the cheese inside wasn’t melted, everything swimming in oil. I would have better eaten at McDonalds than at this overrated ‘restaurant’.

Отвратительная еда,лживые официанты,безумные цены . Осьминоги с со слизью,сырое мясо,всё ужасно. Нет меню для детей. Коктейли горькие, ждать всё нужно очень долго. Никому не рекомендую это ужасное кафе

Не понимаю зачем вкладывать деньги в дизайн, поваров, кухню ( еда вкусная) но не в СЕРВИС! Ждали завтрак практически час ( при этом официантка невежливо утверждала, что наше ожидание меньше) при неполной посадке зала- это неправильно. Ожидание напитков очень долгое. Почему вы не реагируете ? - у вас уже есть такие замечания P.S. следите за чистотой туалетов.

23.04 были в данном заведении, пропустили без бронирования, прекрасно покушали и решили вернуться на следующий день. 24.04 позвонили забронировать, сказали, что забронируют первый освободившийся стол. Когда мы подошли минут через 40, стол так и не появился. Мы заказали с собой. Но очень «приятно» стало, когда перед нами в течении всех 30 минут, пока мы ждали заказ, пускали абсолютно всех (человек 10) со словами «вы бронировали? Нет, тогда проходите до 17:00». Сказать, что мы были в шоке, ничего не сказать. Когда забрали заказ и прошли уже минут 15 от ресторана, чтобы сесть покушать, так как в городе красная зона и все остальные заведения закрыты, выяснилось, что нам не положили ни один прибор к 4 блюдам. Нам пришлось, естественно, идти обратно и просить приборы. Без слов извинений нам сказали «сейчас дадим» с выражением лица, будто мы жалуемся на ровном месте. И почему-то уже нас пригласили вовнутрь, на что мы отказали, так как не вернемся уже к вам никогда!

I'm really sorry seeing that the place that's usually completely full all-day long has only 32 feedbacks and 4 stars on average. Something doesn't look right here. I would contribute a bit with my 5 stars review.First of all, I would agree that it's not that easy to visit LouLou w/o booking in advance but If you're destined to do so as we were, you'll reach your goal ;) So let me try to express my feelings in details:Food: we've chosen the shakshuka and pancakes with truffle sauce. As a shakshuka lover, I would say it was tasty. The pancakes were delicious!Service: it's wasn't super quick as people mentioned in other feedbacks. But taking into account the number of people served simultaneously we didn't expect it to be quick. Moreover, the hostess warned us about possible delays. BUT! I must say the waitress was super polite, professional, and attentive. So it contributed to our great experience. Atmosphere: amazing! My girlfriend and I really enjoyed it.

Дорого и не очень вкусно, декор хороший и всё ! и вино ОЧЕНЬ ДОРОГО и не интересное. Expensive and not so tasty ...

Самый вкусный ресторан Одессы! За вашими круассанами с матчей и Наполеоном мы из Киева приезжаем. Ничего невкусного в LouLou нет! А вкусного так много, что есть риск лопнуть от переедания :)

We visit the restaurant for late breakfast. We were welcomed on very rude and impolite way, questioning us why we don't have reservation. We were not aware that reservation is needed but regardless, there is a way of saying. Waiter was very good, ambience as well, food choices, enough and everyone can find something. Tasty and fresh.

Очень крутое заведение. Пет френдли за это огромный плюс!
