• The duration of the spa program is 120 minutes.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to check availability for your desired date and time.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If a client has booked a session but fails to show up at the appointed time and fails to notify them of a change in their plans 2 hours in advance, or is more than 10 minutes late, the salon reserves the right to refuse to provide services (in this case, the session is considered completed) or to provide the service within the time remaining with the client (the session time is reduced proportionally to the time the client was late).
• If the phyto studio is fully booked, it reserves the right to reschedule an appointment after first agreeing on a time with the client.
• The procedure is performed by a massage therapist with 7 years of experience and a medical education (female).
• It is recommended to arrive for the session 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the procedure (to change clothes).
• Christina cosmetics are used for the procedure.
• The phyto-studio employs 3 massage therapists and can conduct massage sessions simultaneously.
