Service description
Crossfit is a set of high-intensity exercises performed one after another in sets with maximum efficiency. The exercises will not be new to you, as almost all of them are taken from other sports - weightlifting and athletics, running, fitness. The main goal of crossfit is to develop functional qualities of a person, that is, strength, speed, endurance, sharpness, coordination and others. This is achieved through exhausting series of exercises. Classes are held under the constant supervision of a trainer, who distributes tasks according to the physical fitness of each student.
How to use a certificate?
The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date
