The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

The price includes payment for information services provided by SuperDeal on the basis of the Public Offer, including the commission of payment systems for transactions on the Internet.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• The offer is valid only for new clients who have not previously attended aqua aerobics.
• You can attend classes by prior appointment according to the group class schedule.
• You must activate the certificate by attending the first lesson during the certificate's validity period.
• All visits must be used by and including 31.08.2025.

Validity of certificates after activation:

• 4 visits – 15 calendar days from the date of the first visit.
• 8 visits – 30 calendar days from the date of the first visit.

• Once activated and expired, certificates cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Pre-registration with the trainer for all group classes, detailed information, schedule, contacts of the administrator and trainers are published in the telegram channel @Sirets_pool. Customer support hours at +38 (095) 301-56-24 daily from 9:00 to 19:00.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to sign up for scheduled group classes.
• You must have an identity document and a medical certificate from a dermatologist (for women, additionally from a gynecologist) with the seal of each doctor, the seal of the medical institution (the certificate is valid for 6 months from the date of issue).

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• The last digit of the certificate (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is not subject to return.
• If you have signed up for a class but do not show up at the specified time and do not notify about the cancellation of the visit 24 hours in advance, or are late for more than 10 minutes, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount, and the class is considered completed.
• A swimming cap and non-slip changeable shoes are required to visit the pool.
• Before and after swimming, you must take a shower.
• The lesson lasts 45 minutes.
