• The service is provided by barbers with work experience of up to 1 year (barber), from 1 year (top barber), from 2 years (Grand Master), from 3 years (Senior Barber).

• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• State the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If you signed up for a session, but did not come at the specified time and did not warn about changing your plans 1 hour in advance, and were also more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide discounted services and the session is considered completed.
