IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• The offer is valid for customers over 10 years old.
• One coupon is valid for a walk for 1 or 2 people (depending on the selected option).
• Weight limit - no more than 90 kg.
• Before visiting, be sure to check availability for the desired date and time at least 2 days in advance. When registering, you must specify that you have a coupon and send its code to the club administrator.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• One customer can use an unlimited number of coupons.
• Coupon discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present the coupon in electronic form.
• Call the last digit of the coupon (activation code) only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided, and the coupon is non-refundable.
• If you signed up for a lesson, but did not come at the specified time and did not warn about the cancellation of the visit 60 minutes in advance, and were also more than 10 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount, and the lesson is considered completed, or reduced at the time of delay.
• The duration of the walk on the territory of the club is 45 minutes, the walk in the forest is 60 minutes.
• In adverse weather conditions (rain, snow, thunderstorm, ice) the service is not provided and is postponed to another time.
• It is recommended to dress according to the weather in comfortable sportswear, long trousers. Sports shoes, closed and comfortable, without heels.
• In the presence of serious chronic diseases, be sure to notify the instructor when registering.
• In the acute phase of the disease, riding is prohibited.
• Persons in a state of alcoholic, narcotic and toxic intoxication, as well as people with an inappropriate attitude towards animals and staff are not allowed to attend classes.
• Walks take place on a fenced training ground or through a picturesque forest next to the club.

• Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. To refund the cost of the Information Service, the User provides SuperDeal with the Seller's confirmation (in any form) that the Seller refused to transfer the Goods to the User on Special Conditions.
