Description of the campaign

With the coupon you get a discount for the installation of 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 veneers at the «Happy Smile» Dental Center.

What is included in the price of the coupon?

  • Consultation of a doctor of the highest category.
  • Choice of color and shape.
  • Diagnostics and modeling of future veneers on a wax template.
  • Extension of veneers (directly in the oral cavity) with preliminary reshaping of the teeth as needed.
  • Correction and polishing.
  • Consultation.

Additionally paid

MANDATORY

  • Option 1: with a discount coupon, you get 1 veneer installation with an additional payment on site of UAH 2300 (the original cost is UAH 5000).
  • Option 2: with a discount coupon, you get 2 veneers with an additional payment on site of UAH 4400 (the original cost is UAH 10,000).
  • Option 3: with a discount coupon, you get 3 veneers with an additional payment on site of UAH 6600 (original cost is UAH 15000).
  • Option 4: with a discount coupon you get the installation of 4 veneers with an additional payment on the spot UAH 8400 (original cost UAH 20000).
  • Option 5: with a discount coupon you get the installation of 5 veneers with an additional payment on site of UAH 10000 (original cost UAH 25000).

How to use a coupon?

The price of the Coupon (Information Service) is non-refundable and non-refundable. Exclusion is possible only if the partner refuses to provide the service.

The price includes payment for information services provided by SuperDeal on the basis of the Public Offer, including the commission of payment systems for transactions on the Internet.
