• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Before purchasing a certificate, please check availability for your desired date and time. Reservations are accepted only by phone or Viber; messages via messenger or SMS are not accepted. If your call is not answered immediately, you will receive a call back within 1-2 hours to confirm your reservation.

• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If a client has booked a session but fails to show up at the appointed time and fails to notify them of a change in their plans 24 hours in advance, or is more than 15 minutes late, the salon reserves the right to refuse the discounted service (in which case the session is considered completed) or to provide the service within the time remaining with the participant (the session time is reduced proportionally to the time by which they were late).
• The procedure is performed by a female cosmetologist with a medical degree and 12 years of experience. The specialist has completed a course in Hardware Cosmetology.
• The service is performed using a vacuum-roller massage device - LPG-70.
• For the wrapping procedure, professional cosmetics Hillary Anti-Cellulite are used.
• Duration: massage - 40 minutes; wrap (cocoon) - 25-30 minutes.
• All technicians and the administrator work in masks and gloves.
• The salon provides each client with an alcohol wipe for hands and shoe covers.
• After the procedure, it is important not to shower for 2-3 hours.
• Between visitors, a 30-minute period is allowed for ventilation of the room.
