IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• The offer is valid only for new clients (a new client is considered to be a person who has never visited the clinic).
• The offer is valid for customers aged 18 years and over.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to check the availability of seats for the desired date and time.
• The client must inform about the discount certificate when booking the session, not before the session. If the client informs about the certificate after the session, he must pay the price.
• The clinic operates under a license to carry out medical activities in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• The last digit of the certificate (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is not subject to return.
• If you have signed up for a procedure but do not arrive at the specified time and do not notify about the cancellation of the visit 12 hours in advance, or are more than 20 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount, and the service is considered provided.
