• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• The last digit of the certificate (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is not subject to return.
• If a client has signed up for a session but is more than 15 minutes late, the salon reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount (in this case, the session is considered completed) or provides the service within the time that the participant has left (the session time is reduced in proportion to the time by which he was late).
