How to use a certificate?
The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

IMPORTANT TERMS
- One client can personally use only one certificate.
- The customer automatically gives his consent to the use of ready-made photographic materials by the photographer.
- Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to check availability for the desired date and time. Pre-booking of the date and time of the photo studio is required.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
- Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
- To receive a discount, it is necessary to present a certificate in electronic form.
- Call the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is not subject to return.
- If you made an appointment for a photo session, but did not come at the specified time and did not notify about the cancellation of the visit 72 hours in advance, the service is considered to have been provided, re-booking for the shooting is paid additionally.
- The deadline for receiving the finished material (sources) is in 7 days.
- The readiness of the retouching material is up to 14 days (the client chooses the photo for processing independently).
- Call reception and photo session registration is conducted in Telegram from 12:00 to 22:00.
