• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• State the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If you signed up for a session, but did not come at the specified time and did not notify about changing your plans 12 hours in advance, and were also more than 20 minutes late, the master reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount and the session is considered completed or reduced proportional to the time of delay.
