• To receive the discount, you must present the certificate in electronic form.
• Call the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If the client signed up for the procedure, but did not appear at the specified time and did not warn about changing his plans 24 hours before the appointed time, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide him with services at a discount.
• If the client signed up for a session, but was late for more than 15 minutes, the salon reserves the right to refuse to provide services to him (in this case, the session is considered passed) or provides the service within the time that the client has left (the session time is reduced in proportion to the time for which he was late).
