• If the client signed up for the procedure, but did not appear at the specified time and did not warn about the change in his plans 12 hours before the appointed time or was late for more than 15 minutes, the clinic reserves the right to refuse to provide services to him (in this case, the session is considered completed ) or provides a service within the time that the client has left (the session time is reduced in proportion to the time for which he was late).
