What is included in the price of the certificate?
- Determination of visual acuity and refraction.
- Computer autorefraktometry (diagnostics).
- Selection and issuance of a prescription for glasses.
- Selection and issuance of a prescription for soft contact lenses.
- Measurement of intraocular pressure by a non-contact method (if necessary, as prescribed by a doctor).
- Carrying out tests for binocular balance and muscle balance (if necessary, as prescribed by a doctor).
- Biomicroscopy of the anterior segment of the eye (if necessary, as prescribed by a doctor).
- Establishing diagnosis.
- Treatment recommendations, if necessary.
- Written medical opinion, if necessary.

How to use a certificate?

ADDITIONAL TERMS

- To receive the discount, you must present the certificate in electronic form.
- Call the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
- If the participant of the promotion made an appointment, but did not appear at the specified time and did not warn of a change in his plans 4 hours in advance or was more than 15 minutes late, the doctor reserves the right to refuse to provide discounted services or reschedule the procedure to a convenient time for the doctor.
- The duration of the examination is up to 30 minutes.
