- On preparation days, do not overeat and drink plenty of fluids.
- Before the study, complete abstinence from food for 8 hours or more is necessary; the last meal should not include meat and fish dishes. If there was a doctor's instruction, then at the same time take activated charcoal in the usual dosage according to your weight.
- Do not drink water, smoke or take medication immediately before the examination.
