The training ends with a real Japanese tea ceremony, which allows you to enter a state of calmness, peace and a sense of goodness. After all, the essence of the ceremony is reflected by 4 principles: Wa, Kei, Sei, Jaku, which means harmony, respect, purity, tranquility. Harmony - in relations between people, the harmony of man and nature, the world around; respect - for everyone and for everything that is expressed in sincere feelings of gratitude for what we have; cleanliness - physical and spiritual; calmness is the peace of mind that comes through comprehending the first three principles.
