IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Duration of the SPA program is 1.5 hours.
• Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to check availability for your desired date and time.
• Appointments are made exclusively by phone call or Viber; messages via messenger or SMS are not accepted. If your call is not answered immediately, you will receive a call back within 1-2 hours to confirm your appointment.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you have booked a procedure but do not arrive at the specified time and do not provide 24-hour notice of cancellation, or are more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse the discounted service, and the session will be considered completed or shortened by the time of your delay.
• If you wish, you can purchase two identical or different SPA programs and combine them into one 3-hour visit (the duration of one SPA program is 1.5 hours).
• The procedure is performed by a female massage therapist with over 20 years of experience.
• Between visitors, a 30-minute interval is allowed for ventilation of the room and operation of the quartz lamps.
• All technicians and the administrator work in masks and gloves.
• The salon provides each client with an alcohol wipe for hands and shoe covers.
